Nick Jonas and His Parents Land in India To Meet Priyanka Chopra's Family
Nick Jonas was spotted touching down in India with his parents ahead of their first meeting with Priyanka Chopra's family. The singer was seen at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International airport in Mumbai yesterday, accompanied by his father Kevin Sr. and mother Denise, according to People.
Kevin Sr. was noticeably holding a shopping bag from Tiffany & Co., where his son bought Priyanka's engagement ring. Nick had reportedly shut down the jeweler's entire London branch just to find the right sparkler.
Chopra is in Mumbai filming the upcoming movie The Sky Is Pink, but she's reportedly invited family and close friends for an engagement party on August 18. "It’s exactly a month after her birthday and those close to the Quantico actress feel that she may make an official announcement about her relationship status at the bash," a source told DNA India earlier this week. "However, the venue of the do has been kept under wraps."
Jonas was previously in Mumbai in June, where he was seen out on multiple dates with Chopra and reportedly met her family. The couple also became Instagram official during that trip, after Nick posted a video of Priyanka laughing on his story.
The couple still has not publicly addressed their engagement since reports broke weeks ago, but Priyanka did finally show off her ring for the first time in a photo with Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon on Instagram this week.

Nick's brothers, Joe, Kevin, and Frankie, weren't pictured arriving at the airport with the rest of the family. (Joe was just spotted out in NYC with fiancée Sophie Turner earlier yesterday.) But we wonder if they'll catch up this weekend for the big party.
