Nick Jonas Has Never Made Priyanka Chopra Jonas Watch "Camp Rock"

That means she hasn't heard the lyrical masterpiece that is "Introducing Me."

Priyanka Chopra Jonas just revealed a major secret to Harper’s Bazaar, one that could truly rock the foundation of everything you thought you knew: she’s never seen husband Nick Jonas’s classic cinematic masterpiece Camp Rock.

Priyanka shared what a day in the life looks like for a superstar such as herself with the mag, sharing that she wakes up at 5 a.m. with her dog, Diana, before snoozing until about 7:30. The first thing she does in the morning is put on music, and she shared that music is an important part of her relationship with Nick. “I decided to date him after seeing the video for ‘Close,’ where his shirt comes off. So that song is my favorite.” Romantic!

The rest of Priyanka’s day includes reading the news, not checking her three million (!!) emails, taking the dog for a walk, and working on her forthcoming memoir, but it’s not until 9 p.m. that she shares the earth-shattering news about Camp Rock. The couple often hosts movie nights for their family and friends, though Priyanka isn’t a fan of watching her own work. “I hate watching movies I’m in; all I see are the faults,” she said. “But I’m happy to watch Nick’s. I’ve never seen Camp Rock, and everyone makes fun of me about that, so maybe soon we’ll have a Camp Rock viewing party. I bet it will be great.”

Obviously it will be great, Priyanka. The 2008 DCOM and its 2010 sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam are two important artifacts in Disney Channel history. While Nick's role is pretty minor in the first film, which focuses on the relationship between Demi Lovato's character Mitchie Torres and Joe Jonas's bad boy rock star Shane Grey, he shines in the second installment. He even gets a solo song "Introducing Me," which is an attempt to woo love interest Dana (played by Chloe Bridges!) and includes such lyrical gems as, "I never trust a dog to watch my food/And I like to use to the word 'dude'/As a noun, or an adverb, or an adjective."

As Priyanka revealed in the interview, “Nick and I didn’t really know that much about each other’s careers before we came into each other’s lives. So we used to do a show-and-tell at night where it would be like, ‘This is my first song!’ or ‘This is my first movie!’ or ‘This is the first song I wrote myself,’ things like that. And actually that’s how we’re still getting to know each other."

What better way to “show and tell” than with a double-feature movie night of Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2, which are both streaming on Disney+? Our Friday plans are set.
