Kate Walsh first broke out in 2005 with her portrayal of Dr. Addison Montgomery, the estranged wife of Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on Grey's Anatomy. This led to her own series, Private Practice, which ran for 6 seasons, after which she had roles in Fargo, Bad Judge, 13 Reasons Why and The Umbrella Academy. Most recently, Walsh has graced our screens as Emily's boss, Madeline Wheeler, on the popular Netflix streamer Emily in Paris.

After all these years on TV, Walsh knows a thing or two about keeping her skin screen-ready, so she sat down with Yahoo to discuss aging gracefully, her beauty routine and her most-loved skincare solutions.

"I feel like I'm living my best life, and I'm 54!" she said.

To start your skincare routine off right, Walsh recommends Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 1970. "It retexturizes the skin and you pat it on — I do it every night and every morning," shares the actress.

A cult favorite, P50 is a magic potion that does it all: exfoliates, hydrates and balances the pH of the skin. It's the perfect prep step before any skincare or makeup application. Says Walsh, "I personally don't do any fillers or Botox, and [with Biologique] I've seen massive improvement."

Looking for a miracle? Walsh is a believer in one product in particular: Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream All-Over Miracle Oil. "I use it all over my body...I'm a big fan of using oils on skin for hydrating!"

This silky "miracle oil" delivers intense, hydrating moisture to the body, face and hair, along with a delicately scented light floral fragrance and luxurious texture — almost like an at-home spa experience! Systane Complete Preservative-Free Lubricating Eye Drops

"We think about hydrating our skin but we don't think about our eyes," observes Walsh. When in 2015 her vision started to feel blurry, Walsh visited an optometrist...who told her she has a condition called dry eyes, which stems from not producing enough tears to keep eyes lubricated. To combat this irritating dryness, the doc recommended Systane Complete Preservative-Free Lubricating Eye Drops.

Made up of tiny, nano-sized droplets, each soothing drop of the Systane Complete Preservative-Free Lubricating Eye Drops forms a matrix of protection across the entire eye surface, delivering optimal dry eye relief, providing fast hydration and ensuring tear evaporation protection. "What I love about Systane complete is that A, it's preservative-free, but B, it is complete in that you only need one drop and it lasts eight hours," says Walsh.

"My mom is 88, and she's always had great skin," observed the Emily in Paris star. Her secret? Watts Beauty 100% Pure Hyaluronic Acid. "It's 100% pure hyaluronic acid, super cheap and it's really great."

Watts Beauty's ultra-light formula contains the lowest high-weight hyaluronic acid, which absorbs quickly and blends easily with your favorite serums and creams. What's the big fuss about hyaluronic acid, anyway? It's simple — hyaluronic acid is known for its ultra-hydrating abilities, minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid levels in skin decrease with age, leading to wrinkles, fine lines and a dry, dull, crepey texture. Adding a pump of hyaluronic acid a day can gently plump skin, helping to restore its supple appearance and springy bounce.
