New Netflix Series About David Beckham Gets First Trailer

Netflix has shared the trailer for its upcoming documentary series about former English footballer David Beckham.

Beckham features a mixture of never-before-seen personal archive footage from the last forty years, candid current-day moments, and interviews with the family, friends, and footballing figures who have been part of his journey.

Directed by Academy Award-winner Fisher Stevens, the four-part series is interested in the highs and the lows of Beckham's life, discussing things that, it seems, have never been addressed before.

Fans can expect appearances from Victoria Beckham, Gary Neville, Eric Cantona, Sir Alex Ferguson, Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Mel C (aka Sporty Spice), Diego Simeone, Carlos Queiroz, Luís Figo, Míchel Salgado, Florentino Pérez, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldo Nazário and Fabio Capello, and David's mum and dad.

Beckham will be available to stream on Netflix from October 4.
