Netflix's “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” Announces Part 3 Release Date

Ever since part 2 of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina premiered back in April, fans of the series have been eagerly anticipating its next release and, praise Satan, Netflix has officially confirmed CAOS’s return date.

Per EW, on Saturday, December 7, the cast of CAOS announced the series would be returning for part 3 on January 24 while at a panel at Argentina Comic-Con.

The streaming giant later unveiled a short teaser video on YouTube confirming the series’ return. In it, we see Kiernan Shipka’s Sabrina Spellman clad in a very Red Riding hood attire as she emerges from a mysterious mist. “Welcome to hell,” a rasping voice murmurs in the teaser.

While the video does not reveal too much about the series’ future plot, EW did get their hands on a full description for the series and it looks like all hell will break loose in part 3 — quite literally.

After sending Mister Lucifer Morningstar back to hell, part 3 will find Sabrina and co. in their quest to save Gavin Leatherwood’s Nick Scratch from, well, literal hell but more so Madam Satan.

According to the series’ description, Brina will link up with her mortal friends Harvey, Rosalind, and Theo — now known as “The Fright Club” — to save Nick. But her problems do not stop there as the series will also be introducing a new character.

“The Dark Lord’s unseating has sent shockwaves through the realms—and, with no one on the throne, Sabrina must assume the title of ‘Queen’ to defend it against a challenger, the handsome Prince of Hell Caliban,” the series' description reads.

Apart from hell’s crusades, Aunt Zelda and Hilda also have their hands full back in Greendale, where “a mysterious carnival rolls into town, bringing with it a threat to the Spellmans and the coven: A tribe of pagans looking to resurrect an ancient evil…” Aaand, we're ready for 2020 already.
