Yesterday, Netflix announced in a press release that Selling Sunset would be renewed for a fourth and fifth season. In addition to that wonderful news, the platform also shared some deets on a new original series coming soon from Selling Sunset's creator Adam DiVello.
This new show (which doesn't have an official title yet) will focus on the real estate agents of Allure Realty in Tampa Bay, Florida. As the show's description explains: "Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all-Black, all-female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast. These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate." OK, I don't know about you, but this sounds a lot like the Oppenheim Group, but on the East Coast.
The show's description goes on to note that Rosado has big plans for her brokerage and won't let anyone get in the way of making her dreams a reality (love that boss babe energy!). On Wednesday, she shared the exciting news on her personal Instagram account (@sharellerosado_). "Can’t wait to bring you inside our lavish world of real estate throughout the Tampa Bay area," she wrote regarding the new show, alongside a fabulously fierce photo of herself.
As for the rest of the agents, Netflix didn't reveal any names. However, we did find a photo of the staff on Allure Realty's Instagram page (@allurerealtyfl). Agents Alexis Williams, Brianna Gordon, and Juawana Williams stand to the left of Rosado, followed by Anne Sophie, Karla Giorgio, Colony Reeves, and Rena Frazier on her right.
Unfortunately, the network did not reveal any information as to when this show will premiere, but we'll keep you updated as we learn more.
