NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i fans, the wait continues for new episodes.

Most recently, the CBS dramas treated viewers to a handful of airings following the teams in Washington, D.C. and Hawai’i. Last week, season 2 of NCIS: Hawai’i featured a two-part special titled “Spies.” After kicking it off on Sunday night, it concluded on Monday night after a new episode of NCIS. Though fans were ecstatic to see Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) in a new light and learn more about Tennant (Vanessa Lachey)’s origin story, the special agents and their crews are now going M.I.A. for a little while.

While there has been no official word from the shows or CBS, all signs are pointing toward another hiatus. In other words, NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i will not be airing new episodes this Monday night — and for the foreseeable future.

When are NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i coming back?

As of right now, NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i have not announced an official date for their returns to CBS. But according to IMDB, NCIS: Hawai’i is scheduled to come back with a new episode on Sunday, February 28. This information might mean that NCIS will also return the next day on Monday, March 1. But again, these details have not been confirmed by the network.

In the meantime, NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i fans who still want to tune in on Monday nights will catch a different kind of lineup. The week of January 30, CBS will air reruns of both shows. Then, starting on February 6, season 3 of Celebrity Big Brother will take over the time slots of NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i.

Ahead of its premiere on February 2, Celebrity Big Brother host Julie Chen revealed the 11 new houseguests competing for the grand cash prize. Among them are The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey, singer Todrick Hall, NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick, Diff'rent Strokes actor Todd Bridges, Saturday Night Live alum Chris Kattan and UFC fighter Miesha "Cupcake" Tate. Unlike the original Big Brother, the celebrity edition will run for only one month and its finale is slated for Wednesday, February 23.
