Eric Christian Olsen is looking forward to reuniting with Daniela Ruah on screen for NCIS: Los Angeles’ upcoming season 14. But before the CBS procedural drama returns, the actor is enjoying the last bits of summer with his family.

During the July 4th weekend, Eric and his loved ones — his wife and actress Sarah Wright Olsen and their three kids Wyatt, 9, Esmé, 6, and Winter, 1 — enjoyed a golf outing together. While in the middle of a game, the NCIS: LA actor took a moment to show his Instagram followers what he taught his youngest child. In a short clip, Winter sits atop a golf cart and jumps into her dad’s arms. After he catches her midair, she immediately looks like she wants to do it again.

“By far the best part of Golf is teaching the baby how to Huck it off the roof of the cart,” Eric captioned the Instagram video.

Reacting to the daring move, NCIS: Los Angeles fans were amazed to see the father-daughter duo have total confidence in each other. “It’s all about trusting dad to always be there to catch you 💙💙,” one person wrote in his comments section. “Already NCIS LA skills! Trust fall! I see a new NCIS member in the making! ❤️,” another added. “Awww she is getting so big! And fearless! Adorable! ❤️❤️❤️,” another added.

According to Sarah’s Instagram, Eric returned to filming shortly after playing golf with his family. “Back to work for this guy!! Season 14 of @ncisla we are so proud of you @ericcolsen!” she captioned an Instagram pic on July 15. “We love you and all your snuggles. My favorite thing is watching all three kids yell DADDY when your key is in the door. So. Much. Joy. 🙌🏻.”

Currently, filming for season 14 of NCIS: LA is still underway. Though there haven’t been too many details shared about the new episodes, fans can expect lots of explosives. Crew member Rick Tunell shared fiery behind-the-scenes photos on Twitter that revealed there will be big flames. Can't wait!
