It's National Coffee Day. Where to score freebies, deals in Delaware, Jersey and Bucks

To caffeine lovers, this may be one of the most important holidays of the year: National Coffee Day.

On Friday, Sept. 29, National Coffee Day is here, and a plethora of popular coffee chains are offering free coffee and deals to end your week right in the Philadelphia region.

Here are the places offering deals this year to stop during your morning coffee run.

Starbucks

The coffee giant from Seattle is not offering a free cup of coffee to its patrons this year, but instead is offering coffee tastings at participating locations across the U.S.

Sheetz

Sheetz is offering a free nitro or cold brew with any app purchase, add-ons included. The offer, available on the My Sheetz Rewardz app, will be at all Sheetz locations from Friday, Sept. 29 to Sunday, Oct. 1.

QuickChek

QuickChek will be giving out a free, any-size, self-serve hot or iced coffee with any purchase while using QuickChek Rewards at all locations on Friday, Sept. 29.

Royal Farms

The company is offering a free any-size hot or iced coffee, which will be available on the RoFo Rewards app.

Dunkin'

Dunkin' is handing out a free medium hot or iced coffee with a purchase on National Coffee Day (limit one per member). Dunkin' also handed out free drinks for Free Coffee Mondays in September.

McDonald's

McDonald's is offering customers an any-size premium roast coffee of iced coffee for just 99 cents on the McDonald's app through Dec. 31.

Pilot Flying J

The company will be offering a free, any-size coffee through the myRewards app on Friday.

Circle K

Circle K is offering a free any-size cup of coffee on the Circle K mobile app through Monday, Oct. 2.

Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme is offering a free medium hot or iced coffee, no purchase necessary. The chain is also offering guests a $2 glazed dozen of donuts with the purchase of any dozen.

Wawa, which offered National Coffee Day deals last year, has not officially announced any promotions for 2023.
