NATE BERKUS: Hey, guys. It's Nate Berkus and I am going to share with you some things that I have been obsessed with, things that have really gotten me through quarantine here on "New in the Q."

Neutral paint colors. Here's the thing. We are all looking at our homes right now and thinking, how can we just make it more relaxing? Neutral paint colors like alabaster, cream, pale grays, ivorys, it just helps shut out the noise outside.

Scent at home. This is the Careyes candle by Jeremiah Brent, my husband, for Grove. It smells absolutely delicious. You can see it's well loved. This is always burning. It calms you down.

This has been a lifesaver for me during the pandemic. What is it? It's my itty bitty book light that I use every night to read in bed. You just put the light on the book, turn it on like that, it illuminates your page, and doesn't make anyone else in bed with you mad.

Driftwell. Huge fad in functional beverages. It is meant to promote relaxation. We are all super stressed lately so this is part of my relaxation ritual.

This is a glass decanter. Anything that comes in a glass bottle, don't throw it, away recycle it, and use it for fresh water on your nightstand. I reach for this, like, five times a night. Thank you so much for checking out my quarantine obsessions in "New in the Q."
