The NASCAR Xfinity Series runs the Tennessee Lottery 250 on Saturday at the Nashville Superspeedway.

Riley Herbst sits on the pole for the race. A rain shower shortened Cup Series qualifying earlier Saturday, but any impact on the start time of Saturday’s Xfinity race is unclear.

Last year, Kyle Busch took the win ahead of Justin Allgaier and Harrison Burton.

Lap 149: Justin Allgaier to the lead.

Lap 147: Sam Mayer and Ty Gibbs, again. These two have tangled before this season.

Lap 123: Caution again! Running order shaken up by pit strategy. Sheldon Creed, Joe Graf Jr. and Jeb Burton all crash in turn 2. Allgaier back in 9th.

Lap 116: Caution! Jeffrey Earnhardt spins in front of Sheldon Creed. Here comes the pit strategy…

Lap 110: Allgaier leads after the restart.

Lap 104: Caution! Hendersonville’s Josh Berry spins after battling with Ryan Preece in turn 2.

Lap 99: Allgaier gets past Gibbs after the restart. Good battle from the No. 54 Toyota.

Lap 94: Ty Gibbs leads Allgaier off pit road. Adds some intrigue to the final stage. 94 laps down, 94 to go.

STAGE 2 WINNER: Justin Allgaier. It’s his show so far through two stages. 24 cars still on lead lap.

Lap 62: Ryan Preece enters the top 10. Sam Mayer has moved up the 3rd. Allmendinger up to 11th. Good short run car for the No. 16 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet, but his chances to win will depend on whether or not Stage 3 includes a long run.

Lap 59: Allmendinger quickest of pit road penalized drivers to make his way through back half of the field. Landon Cassill and Daniel Hemric finding it difficult.

Lap 55: Green flag! Allgaier pulls away from Ty Gibbs.

Lap 50: Several pit road penalties for speeding, including AJ Allmendinger, Daniel Hermic, Landon Cassill and Sheldon Creed. Jeb Burton also had an equipment penalty. They’ll all move to the back.

Lap 48: Josh Berry moves up to 2nd after pit stops, behind Allgaier.

STAGE 1 WINNER: Justin Allgaier, whose lead was up to six seconds over Trevor Bayne. Herbst 3rd, and Allmendinger hangs onto 4th over Hill.

Lap 40: Trevor Bayne finally gets past Allmendinger. Herbst, too. Intense racing in Stage 1.

Lap 34: Four-way battle for 2nd place including Allmendinger, Herbst, Trevor Bayne and Austin Hill.

Lap 23: Ryan Preece, last night’s Truck Series winner, is up 12 spots to 15th in the first run of the day.

Lap 20: New leader: Justin Allgaier

Lap 16: Justin Allgaier is right behind Allmendinger for the lead.
