We Have to Talk About Naomie Harris’ Epic ‘Spectre’ After Party Dress

Last night’s Royal World Premiere of Spectre, the latest Bond film delivered a red carpet with more sartorial hits than misses. The star-studded event included red carpet appearances from the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, Monica Belluci and Léa Seydoux, but one of our favorite looks of the evening came courtesy of Naomie Harris, who stars in the film as Eve Moneypenny. The actress donned an orange strapless Stella McCartney gown that was pure perfection against her skin tone, but little did we know that she had something a little more risqué up her sleeve for later in the evening.

“After the show is the after party,” as the adage goes and Harris came dressed accordingly for the post-screening celebration, which took place at the British Museum. Harris showed up in a Mugler mini dress replete with diamond-shaped patches and metallic hardware connected together, leaving slashes of flesh peeking out in the negative space. She finished her look with metallic Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, a Jimmy Choo clutch and Harry Winston jewels. In a word, the look was everything.

The dress is hard to pull off without skewing trashy yet by some sorcery, Harris managed to make this look elegant chic. Clearly, this woman was not born human and is just a goddess walking amongst us like no big deal. Seriously, girl – TEACH US YOUR WAYS.
