Naomi Watts Just Wore the Perfect Comfy Boots for Fall—and They’re on Sale

But the 54-year-old is not letting her full schedule impact her style or comfort—especially as far as her shoes are concerned. The Watcher star was spotted wearing Toms’ Clare Boots—super-comfortable kicks that are perfect for fall.

Watts wore the perfect summer-into-fall look, pairing the boots with a workwear-inspired white jumpsuit (similar to this one), and a black cross-body bag (like this one).

The booties add a bit of height without being too tall, feature a rubber sole and suede upper, and a 2 3/4-inch wedge-like heel. The shoes come in seven colors, so you’re sure to find the perfect one to match your aesthetic. And, some styles are seriously marked down right now, making these an affordable closet staple.

Reviewers recommend sizing up, as these tend to run a bit small—especially when it comes time to wear thicker, warmer socks. “These are the cutest booties. They were a little snug in the toes so I would go up a half size,” one reviewer writes.

Though the shoes have a bit of a heel, their wedge design makes them a comfy option. In fact, experts say that opting for some sort of heel is better than wearing the most comfortable flats at times. Paul Greenberg, D.P.M., a podiatrist at NYU Langone Podiatry, says, “The human foot functions most efficiently when it’s lifted up.” That’s not to say you should opt for a stiletto, but a 1/2-inch, or in this case maybe a 2 3/4-inch, certainly lifts the foot.
