Naomi Osaka is planning on giving back.

The tennis star recently announced on Twitter that she’ll be donating any prize earnings from the Western & Southern Open to earthquake relief efforts in Haiti. The 7.2 magnitude earthquake, which struck near Haiti on Saturday, August 14, has killed at least 304 people and injured an additional 1,800, according to CNN.

Naomi, whose father is from Haiti, took to Twitter shortly after news of the earthquake began to spread. “Really hurts to see all the devastation that’s going on in Haiti, and I feel like we really can’t catch a break,” the 23-year-old wrote. “I’m about to play a tournament this week and I’ll give all the prize money to relief efforts for Haiti. I know our ancestors blood is strong we’ll keep rising.”

According to Sports Illustrated, the Western & Southern Open begins on Monday in Cincinnati, with the women’s singles winner predicted to win $255,220. The runner-up will be awarded $188,945. CNN notes that Naomi is seeded second at the upcoming tournament.

Haiti declared a one-month state of emergency shortly after the earthquake struck on Saturday, with Prime Minister Ariel Henry announcing that officials were sending aid to the nation’s most-affected areas. NPR reports that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has deployed a Disaster Assistance Response Team to assist with relief and recovery efforts. “We're also coordinating with the Haitian government, @USEmbassyHaiti & others. We're working quickly to assist Haitians and save lives,” wrote USAID head Samantha Power via Twitter on Saturday evening.

“The most important thing is to recover as many survivors as possible under the rubble,” Prime Minister Henry said in a statement, per The Associated Press. “We have learned that the local hospitals, in particular that of Les Cayes, are overwhelmed with wounded, fractured people…. The needs are enormous. We must take care of the injured and fractured, but also provide food, aid, temporary shelter and psychological support.”
