This dress is truly a work of art.

Naomi Ackie definitely brought the bling to the I Wanna Dance With Somebody world premiere red carpet in NYC on Dec. 13.

The British actress, who stars in the lead role of the Whitney Houston biopic film, dripped in diamonds in a dazzling chain-jeweled number. The Schiaparelli piece sparkled from every angle, featuring a silver beaded skirt, full crystal bodice, and large artfully-crafted towering metal floral embellishment around the plunging neckline.

The couture see-through gown was pulled from the Parisian brand's fall 2022 collection. To construct the dress, designer and Creative Director Daniel Roseberry used over 21,950 Swarovski crystals and 212,500 silver glass bugle beads. In total, the piece took about 5,000 hours to complete, according to the brand's Instagram.

Ackie's stylist, Nicky Yates, spent months curating mood boards and inspiration with the rising star. "I was talking to Nicky about the idea of liquid metal, because I was thinking about the 'Queen of the Night' look in 'The Bodyguard,'" Ackie told Vogue of choosing the stunning look. "It's that balance of femininity and a kind of toughness too, especially with the flowers crafted from metal. It just felt very womanly and sexy, but also like being protected — a kind of armor."

To allow the full look to truly shine, she chose minimal accessories, pairing the garment with simple open-toe crystal-embellished heeled sandals, crystal earrings, a classy vintage-glam hairstyle, and neutral makeup.

Previously, the London-native also appeared in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and the Idris Elba-directed crime drama flick, Yardie.

I Wanna Dance With Somebody, the upcoming biographical musical film based on the life of the American vocal icon, releases in theaters nationwide on Dec. 23.
