This is my latest go-to dessert when I’m craving something sweet. It’s full of healthy ingredients, but it’s delicious enough that no one notices. I also love that it only takes about three minutes to whip up. You can adjust the measurements to your taste, but this is how I make it.
Combine about a cup of cashew cream with a couple of teaspoons of almond butter and a teaspoon of chocolate powder. Stir it up and serve with a few cocoa nibs on top. Yum.
