This next-gen fashion collection wants to prove the possibilities of sustainability
Everloop is a new six-piece capsule collection tackling multiple sustainability issues at once, created via a collaboration between Positive Materials, Petratex, PDS Ventures and six next-gen materials and green chemistry startups: Amphico, Materra, Nature Coatings, Pact, Ponda and Savian by Biofluff. The collection will be revealed at fashion materials trade show Première Vision in Paris, and its main goal is showcasing that sustainability is not an abstract concept for the future. "Having the ability to not only showcase better materials that have been tried and tested by the industry, but also showcase next-gen materials in the same capsule collection is an amazing sort of feasibility study that will hopefully reduce barriers to adoption moving forward," John Bertolaso, chief technology officer at Materra, told Vogue Business. {Vogue Business/paywalled}
