Gentle Monster and Jennie launch Jentle Salon
For their third collaboration, Gentle Monster and Jennie teamed up to create Jentle Salon, an eyewear collection featuring charm designs. With a campaign photographed by Petra Collins, the collection includes eight frame silhouettes and 11 charms. Abercrombie & Fitch's turnaround is here
S&P Global Ratings upgraded its issuer credit rating for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. to BB from BB- on Tuesday. Retail Dive's Daphne Howland reported that this change comes from the company's strong 2023 sales, margin expansion, inventory management, pricing power and financial discipline. These results display momentum surrounding Abercrombie & Fitch's turnaround and its departure from its former overly sexualized marketing. {Retail Dive}

Unilever sales beat analyst expectations, led by beauty
Unilever's sales rose 4.4% in the first quarter, which was more than analysts expected. Unilever's beauty and wellbeing unit was the company's fastest-growing division and saw sales rise by 7.4%. This year, Unilever expects sales growth between 3% to 5%. {Bloomberg}

Khy launches denim collection
Kylie Jenner's fashion brand Khy launched Drop 005: Denim, created in collaboration with Natasha Zinko. The collection includes low-rise, high-rise and straight-leg denim in light, medium and dark washes priced between $98 and $118. This drop also includes five T-shirt styles offered in sizes XXS to 4X and priced between $48 and $68. Khy's Drop 005 will be available starting Thursday at 9 a.m. PT (12 p.m. ET) on its website. Keds x Batsheva is here
Keds and Batsheva's collaboration was first revealed on Batsheva's Fall 2024 runway, and now the new silhouette, dubbed The Keds Point, is available to shop on keds.com and batsheva.com. Priced at $110, the collaboration features pointed-toe platform sneakers available in a black and white polka-dot print and a bright green mesh with embroidered polka dots.
