If you had a million dollars, would you be able to buy your dream home? Because house prices vary so much by location, what you get for your money differs based on where you live. On our sixth episode of Listing Price, we tour three homes across the country that are all listed at just over 1 million dollars.

From the quiet Midwest suburbs to a big city in the South, these homes range from 3,000 square feet to almost 5,000. They all have at least three bedrooms and four bathrooms, but each comes with unique amenities. The first home features a climate-controlled walk-in wine cellar, while the second house has a large game room with a putting green where you can practice your swing at home. If you’re big on entertaining, you might opt for the third home, which has an enormous patio with a stunning view.

The first home is a two-story in Leawood, Kansas, a quiet suburb of Kansas City with one of the fastest growing populations in the country. This gorgeous four-bedroom, five-bathroom home was built in 2001 and sits on 0.69 acres. The home's front door opens into a large open living space with high ceilings, ornate columns, and decorative chandeliers. An arched doorway into the living room leads to the first of the home’s three fireplaces.

The last home is in Houston, Texas. It was built in 1960, but you’d never guess that based on its upgrades.
