The MTV Video Music Awards 2020 ceremony is currently underway, and slowly but surely we're finding out who won the top awards. The nominees list was completely stacked: Show veterans Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande led the pack with the most nominations, followed closely by The Weeknd and Billie Eilish. So to say the competition was intense for the VMAs winners 2020 would be an understatement. 

The MTV VMAs 2020 winners, unfortunately, had to celebrate in quarantine, as the show was virtual because of the coronavirus pandemic. (But live performances did happen outside at iconic locations around New York City, and they were so fun.)
