The MTV VMAs red carpet always brings a little shock (Courtney Love crashing Madonna’s live interview) and intrigue (Britney Spears’s mile-long python flanking her cutoff clad self). However, this year, looks were statuesque or shrunken, and a tad more naughty (hello, Paris Jackson in barely-there Dior) than nice. The youngest best dresser, Millie Bobby Brown, brought the most chic to the carpet in Rodarte, and Nicki Minaj? Well, true to form, she brought it.
