Movie-Goer Attempting to Bring in His Own 'Hot Dog' Is Adorable and Hilarious

Going to the movies the last couple of weekends has felt like I stepped back in time. The ticket and concession lines were long again. The theater was packed with everyone dressed in their Barbie pink. There was a beautiful energy about it. Happiness. It felt nostalgic.

The only thing that would've made seeing "Barbie" and "Oppenheimer" better would've been seeing this prank by TikTok user @jbarter1984. He attempted to bring in his own hot dog to the movies and the result will have you cracking up. Take a look!

O.M.G. This might be one of the greatest pranks ever. Well, if he was able to successfully bring in his Dachshund to the movie, then it would've taken the title as the best ever. Next time!

The employee actually thought he was confessing to bringing in a hot dog to the theater. She seemed so concerned, but as soon as he revealed that it was a real-live dog, she lost it. Some viewers are upset they didn't let the dog into the movie. Who could say no to that sweet face?! Others wish that this TikToker didn't say anything so that the dog could go see the movie, especially since dogs love watching TV and screens.

Dogs have a slightly different vision than humans do. Because of this, you might notice them sitting a lot closer to the TV. Many believe that dogs are color-blind, but that isn't entirely true. Dogs have red-green color blindness, which means they see green and red as shades of brown or gray. They can see blues and yellows as we can. So next time you're out selecting a new toy for your fur baby, consider leaning toward a blue or yellow one as it will seem brighter to your dogs.
