Move with Maddie: Making exercise fun in your living room

BAKERSFIELD, Calif., (KGET)— Dancing does not only have physiological advantages but it, too, has psychological benefits, according to Jordan Payne who joined 17 News Sunrise for a Move with Maddie segment.

Jordan Payne, dance choreographer from Dancing with The Stars, says dancing isn’t only fun, but it boosts more cells in the hippocampus than any other exercise and it improves your memory.

You do not need rhythm or perfection to dance along with Payne as she teaches an eight-count-step to Maddie Janssen and Alexander Fisher.
