How will you celebrate Mother’s Day this year? Will you deliver sweets, flowers, or a hot meal to mom’s doorstep? Or maybe you’ll make a meal together over FaceTime? Or, maybe you’d like to drop off homemade brunch to her doorstep? Whatever you choose to do, Giada De Laurentiis has tons of Mother’s Day meal ideas on her website, Giadzy — and we’re having a hard time, ourselves, choosing just one.

“Some of you might be on quarantine with your mom, while others might be in the neighborhood, and some far away – and whichever category you fall into, we have three Mother’s Day menus to make it happen!” De Laurentiis’ team writes.

The first menu is the “At Home Together” menu featuring De Laurentiis’ juicy, flavorful Preserved Lemon and Herb Chicken or her Moroccan Lemon Chicken, a recipe originally appeared on Giada Entertains: Giada’s Thank You Lunch. Pair the main entree of your choice with either a Roasted Beet and Burrata Salad or Radicchio and Escarole Salad, both of which burst with color — and fresh veggies.

For the perfect drop-off meal, De Laurentiis recommends baking a casserole or baked pasta, like her Baked Lemon Ziti and Green Strata.

“My mother’s pasta alla bechamel was a childhood favorite,” De Laurentiis wrote on Facebook. “I used to request it for my birthday dinner every year, just so I could pick the crispy, cheesy topping off all by myself without anyone objecting! My baked lemon ziti adds a zesty citrus twist to her creamy bechamel sauce. Be sure to let the top get nice and browned in the oven… darker than you might think is OK… so you get that extra-crispy top layer.”

And for those who want to virtually cook together, De Laurentiis has just the dish: her One-Pan Salmon with Artichokes and Sundried Tomatoes. It’ll take just 20 minutes to cook, so you can spend more time chatting, drinking, and eating with Mom — even if miles apart.

But wait! Did you really think the meal ended there? Of course not. For dessert, choose between De Laurentiis’ Torta Caprese, a flourless, chocolate cake; or, her Lemon Torta Caprese, the same flourless cake but with, well, lemon.

Bon appétit — and Happy Mother’s Day!
