Mother’s Day brunch and dinner specials at Milwaukee-area restaurants in 2024

Mother’s Day is May 12, and area restaurants will set the table with their best to impress the mom in your life. Special hours and menus for brunch and dinner are available at these nearby restaurants and resorts for the day.

ARIA at Saint Kate

The Arts Hotel offers a Mother’s Day brunch from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Select from a three-course menu or the plated brunch menu. A few of the featured entrees are pastrami and egg hash ($40), pan roasted North Road salmon ($42) and a char-grilled hangar steak ($65). The plated menu includes a classic Big Boy burger ($18), shrimp & grits ($18), eggs & hash ($16) and more. Libations include an endless mimosa ($25), a mimosa flight ($21), a grasshopper martini ($12), a morning mule ($12), a beermosa ($10) and more. The Bartolotta Restaurants

The restaurant group will offer a brunch buffet, a three-course brunch and dinner menus at select locations. Guests may view full menus and make reservations online for all locations at bartolottas.com.

Bartolotta Catering & Events will host a brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Italian Community Center, priced at $79 per adult and $25 per child. Stations include a champagne fountain, a seafood tower, appetizers such as snow crab claws and country pork pate, made-to-order omelets, breakfast meats, carved leg of lamb, roasted strip loin, a hot buffet station with chicken piccata and cheesy orecchiette pasta, chicken tenders, pigs in a blanket and a dessert station.

Bacchus will serve a three-course menu from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $65 per person. Entrees include berry french toast, crab Benedict, filet medallions, sauteed salmon, Wagyu steak and eggs, and Duroc pork chop. Mimosa service is available with a trio of fresh juices for $58 per package, and caviar service is also available including a half bottle of NV Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut Champagne for $142.

Lake Park Bistro will serve a three-course brunch menu from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $55 per person. Menu items include a fresh goat cheese tart, eggs Benedict with Berkshire ham, quiche Lorraine, and a traditional French butter cake.

Mr. B’s Steakhouse in Brookfield and Mr. B’s Steakhouse in Mequon will offer a three-course brunch served from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the price determined by main entree selection. Menu items at the Brookfield location include a BLT Wedge, a seafood and asparagus omelet, and an espresso creme brulee for dessert. The Mequon location menu includes a Maryland-style blue crab cake, chicken and waffles, and a key lime tart.

Harbor House will serve a three-course brunch menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $65 per person, and a three-course dinner menu from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $100 per person. The brunch menu includes steamed mussels with Italian sausage, or lobster eggs Benedict with breakfast potatoes. The dinner menu features oysters & caviar, South African lobster tails, and a carrot cake with candied pecans and cream cheese frosting.

Joey Gerard’s will offer a brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. priced at $70 per person, and its regular dinner menu from 3:30 to 8 p.m. The buffet menu includes smoked salmon, a carving station with prime rib and honey-glazed ham, chef-made omelets, a breakfast station with hot foods, chicken tenders, BBQ ribs, and a dessert station.

Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 will serve a three-course brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $55 per person, and a four-course dinner menu from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. for $75 per person. Entrees include penne pasta with sauteed shrimp, pan-roasted chicken breast, a seared filet of beef with scrambled eggs, and hand-twisted pasta with classic Ligurian pesto.

The Capital Grille

Enjoy chef-prepared brunch specials from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. served with freshly baked blueberry bread. The menu includes lobster frittata with butter poached lobster tails ($50), a 14-ounce bone-in, dry-aged NY strip and eggs ($50), and an 8-ounce center cut filet mignon with white cheddar hash browns ($47). 1878 on the Lake offers a Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The buffet menu features salads, cold food displays, fresh fruit, seafood, omelets, waffles and a carving station with pepper crusted prime rib. Featured entrees include crusted cod with lemon and caper cream sauce, garlic and herb pork loin, a mushroom and asparagus quiche, and traditional breakfast items. The children’s buffet offers chicken tenders, mac and cheese, french fries and mini corn dogs. Brunch specials are available May 11 and 12 at all Lowlands restaurant locations, with one free Mom-osa or beer for mom. The Buckatabon Tavern & Supper Club special is lemon poppyseed pancakes topped with blueberries. Centraal Grand Cafe & Tappery will feature a veggie quiche and romaine herb salad. Cafe Benelux will be serving a crab and avocado omelette with breakfast potatoes. And Cafe Hollander locations will be offering a brie tomato bacon Benedict, served with breakfast potatoes. Some of the brunch entrees include lamb chops, roasted flank steak, chicken breast, pasta, French toast, eggs, and quiche Lorraine. The family restaurant in downtown Hartford features a 25-foot-long dessert table, with an all-you-care-to-eat brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a full dinner menu from 3 to 8 p.m. The brunch menu features breakfast items and entrees, fresh fruits, salads and assorted desserts, priced at $24.99 for adults, $16.99 for children ages 7 to 10, $9.99 for children 4 to 6 and free for children 3 and under.
