But choosing which room to renovate can be difficult. According to a recent report by Houzz, there are certain spaces homeowners prioritize when it comes to renovations and remodels.

The home improvement website recently released its 2024 Houzz & Home Study, which found that renovations have been at the top of many homeowners' minds recently.
