These are the most beautiful restaurants in NY and NJ, according to OpenTable

(NEXSTAR) – While many people would agree that the quality of the food makes a restaurant good, it’s the ambiance, looks, and views that make a restaurant great.

For those who are looking for breathtaking decor, sights of lakes and rivers, or somewhere to take that special someone on a romantic night on the town, OpenTable has compiled just the list for you.

In collaboration with People’s magazine, OpenTable announced the 50 most beautiful restaurants in America where diners can find unforgettable dining experiences.

Brown eggs vs. white eggs: What’s the difference?

Ranging from great halls to homes-turned-eatery, the most beautiful restaurants can be found in every corner of the country.

Some restaurants on the list, such as Tre Dita (which overlooks Lake Michigan in Chicago) and MILA (which showcases exceptional sculptures and greenery in Miami), are found in the biggest cities in the U.S.

Other places, like The Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford, California, and Tillie’s in Dripping Springs, Texas, are located outside of larger cities but are situated in the most breathtaking of destinations.
