Morrison: 'I would have expected to have been notified' of Colonel Vindman's 'concerns' about Zelensky call

During his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday, former National Security Council official Tim Morrison said "I would have expected to have been notified of" Colonel Vindman's concerns about the call.
