Moment Foster Mom Reunites with Bulldog She Rescued Is So Full of Gratitude

This makes our hearts so happy.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to rescue a dog. From the first person to meet them in the shelter to their loving forever family, everyone involved is essential to the process. For this adorable special-needs English Bulldog named Cadbury, though, his foster mama will always have a place in his heart.

Even though he's a happy boy in his new, forever home, this pup's reaction to seeing his foster mom couldn't have been any cuter! We're so glad she posted the reunion to her dogs' TikTok account, @_darlin_clementine, for everyone to enjoy!

Aww! We've been watching this reunion on repeat for the last few minutes, and it hasn't lost any of its magic. Just imagine how these two felt when they finally saw each other!

Viewer and foster parent @jk_camp knows exactly what it feels like. They shared, "Reuniting with my foster babies have been such bright moments in my life! When you see them thriving with the new families ugh." We'd imagine those are the moments that make fostering so worth it! 

@Recycledaaron agreed, writing, "I miss my fosters so much." We're sure they miss you, too! It would be hard to forget someone who loved and cared for you during one of the hardest times in your life! Just like @douglashomma said, "He will always remember his special friend."
