Molly Ringwald Shares '90s Throwback Pic With Blondie's Debbie Harry

‘80s teen movie staple Molly Ringwald shared a fun Throwback Thursday photo on her Instagram this week, featuring another ‘80s icon: Blondie’s Debbie Harry.

“At the Versace show with Debbie circa 90s #tbt,” the actress captioned the black and white shot. In it, the two sat side by side, arms pressed close but looking in opposite directions. Ringwald wore a tweed button-up coat, while Harry opted for a short-sleeved, solid-colored button-up jacket. According to Getty Images, the photo was taken at the Versace Versus fashion show on March 27, 1996, in New York City.

“So dang rad,” one fan wrote in response.

It’s not the first photo of the duo that the John Hughes regular has shared. In Dec. 2017, Ringwald shared a photo sandwiched in between Harry and artist Cindy Sherman at Joe’s Pub. “A highlight of the holiday season!” she wrote in part.

They were also photographed together on the red carpet of The Kitchen Gala in NYC in Sept. 2021, where Harry was honored alongside Sherman.
