Mojo Nixon, a Sirius XM radio DJ and psychobilly singer, has died. He was 66 years old.

The news was announced on the official Facebook page for his documentary The Mojo Manifesto: The Life and Times of Mojo Nixon, where an administrator shared that the "Elvis is Everywhere" singer passed away aboard the Norwegian Pearl, where he was helping to host the 8th sailing of the Outlaw Country Cruise, a themed, week-long excursion inspired by the Sirius XM Outlaw Country channel that Nixon hosted "Loon in the Afternoon" on.

"How you live is how you should die," the statement began. "Mojo Nixon was full-tilt, wide-open, rock hard, root hog, corner on two wheels + on fire…"

It was revealed that the DJ suffered "a cardiac event" on Feb. 7 following "a blazing show, a raging night, closing the bar, taking no prisoners+ a good breakfast with bandmates and friends"—something that the statement called "about right."

"...that’s just how he did it," it continued. "Mojo has left the building. Since Elvis is everywhere, we know he was waiting for him in the alley out back. Heaven help us all."

The cruise set sail from Miami, Florida on Sunday, Feb. 4, docking in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic on Tuesday, Feb. 6 and San Juan, Puerto Rico on Wednesday, Feb. 7, according to its official schedule.

On Monday, Nixon hosted a Sirius XM Sessions at Sea with 49 Winchester, and late on Tuesday evening, he performed at the ship's Magnums Champagne & Wine Bar.

The Pearl was originally scheduled to return to Miami on Saturday, Feb. 10. It's unclear if Nixon's passing will affect the timeline, but the schedule was updated late in the evening on the 7th — assumedly to edit any of the remaining events he was to be involved with, and to add a screening of his documentary followed by a "Remembrance & Pontifications" session, taking place this morning, Feb. 8.
