It’s 2020 people, and as long as it’s still January, I’m still making New Year's resolutions. I’ve decided I’m going to focus on self-care this year, and nothing says self-care quite like a fresh new skincare routine.

So it was only right that I try out some new face products. Listen, your skin deserves all the love and attention it can get, and having a solid skincare routine will help you to achieve a healthy, glowy complexion.

Watch the video above as I, your Accidental Beauty Blogger host, demo a “New Year, Flawless Skincare” routine using a brand new moisturizer, eye cream and foundation. And keep reading below for more details on why you’ll want to purchase the face cream ASAP.

You need this, trust me! The Dr. Dennis Gross Stress Repair Face Cream is a strong and nutrient-packed moisturizer (including avocado, kiwi and vitamin B3) that is formulated to reduce and prevent physical signs of stress and aging. It is also a super hydrator and keeps skin healthy-looking by strengthening its moisture barrier and replenishing it with essential nutrients.

My eyes are my biggest problem area! These dark circles can really take a toll on how my face appears. Dr. Dennis Gross SOS Eye Cream was a dream to put on. It really strengthens the skin and instantly made my eye area more vibrant, look less tired. Beauty tip: dab a small amount underneath the eyes with your ring finger. A little goes a long way!

This is something I have been waiting for. I have always love Benefit Cosmetics POREfessional Primer, but it didn’t work well with my dry skin. However, the new Hydrate Primer was perfect — it absorbed into my skin without leaving any greasy, slippery excess behind. I also love that it feels refreshing, as if I'm putting on face cream.

Now, there are mixed reviews about this foundation, but I have nothing but good things to say! Rihanna created a hydrating foundation that actually works and delivers. I was actually impressed because foundation tends to say “hydrating” but look horrible on my skin. This felt comfortable, was easy to apply and certainly gave me a medium-to-full coverage finish. I have been using since I did the video!

The Ultimate Must-Have

I’m picking the new skincare love of my life... Dr. Dennis Gross Stress Repair Face Cream. If you have dry skin, this will help hydrate, especially in the cold winter months when our skin takes a beating. It also works wonders in terms of reducing redness and irritation. It is so lightweight but fully moisturizes. I know that if I continue using this product, the results will be even better.
