Moe's Is Hiring A Chief Taco Officer
If your dream job involves eating all of the tacos and you're firmly on Team Moe's when it comes to the great Tex-Mex fast food debate, a "Chief Taco Officer" title may be in your future.
Moe's Southwest Grill is partnering with Monster.com to lead a job search for the best C-Suite position we've ever heard of - Chief Taco Officer. Whoever is hired will spread the news about Moe's newest menu addition, the Three Amigos Tacos, and join the Moe's team on its first-ever Taco Tour this summer. The epic 12-city tour starts June 1 in Atlanta, and will continue around the country spreading the taco wealth.
The gig is short term, but it does mean you get two weeks of all the tacos your heart desires, free swag, and a trip to the Moe's Test Kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia. There's also a $1,000 CTO Fun Budget, and your boss will take care of flights, hotels, and food.
Here's your first application tip: hype up the new menu item, which includes a chicken, a steak, and a carnitas taco. Your second tip: The ideal candidate should be a taco fanatic, love all things Moe's, and have two weeks to travel this summer, per the job posting. You also have to be at least 18 to apply.
Moe's is accepting applications from April 3 to April 20. To apply, sign up to be a Rockin' Rewards member on the Moe's app (formalities, ya know?), then explain why you'd be a good candidate on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter with the hashtag #MoesCTOContest. Three people will be chosen as finalists, and then it's up to the public to decide who gets the gig. Time to start bribing your friends with free queso!
