"I travel a lot as a model and I'm always adapting my beauty regime and makeup look depending on how I feel. This is influenced by where in the world I am so I guess you could say that I adapt my look to the country I'm in. Having said this, now that I'm a mother (to LouLou, born March 2016) I am travelling a lot less as I don't like to leave her too much. Motherhood is amazing but it has definitely had an impact on my beauty regime. It's an all-consuming aspect of life so I rarely get time off but if I do then a nap is always a priority, closely followed by a massage and a bath. The three ways I love to relax most. I've also had to adapt to the full-time role by mastering my quick-fixes; a splash of freezing cold water for tired eyes, air dry with a spritz of salt-water spray for hair. I've basically just simplified my already simple beauty routine. It's now just a case of shower, moisturiser, face oil, lip stain and go. It helps that I've become much more confident over the years so I now know what suits me best.

I'm often asked my beauty secret and it's difficult to choose one. I've always been an avid user of facial oil and it really varies which one I use, but currently I'm a big fan of carrot oil.  I also love a great tinted moisturiser, one that gives you a dewy and fresh look. Another necessity for me is my eyebrow brush, I couldn't live without that. I've been lucky enough to have picked up a lot of tips from professionals on set over the years but I'd say that one particular piece of advice that I've taken away with me would be to build makeup little by little. It's easier to add than it is to take-away.

I was scouted when I was 18, just after I graduated from high school and have worked incredibly hard ever since to be a successful  model. I hope that my daughter inherits my  work ethic. It's really important to have good role models in your life. Mine is my Grandmother, she wakes up every day with an attitude that rocks the world. She's young at heart and is beautiful through and through.

Thank you for yesterday !!@terrytsiolis

It's important to me that I stay in shape, for my job but also for myself. I was a competitive swimmer before I got scouted but I only swim for fun these days. I don't like to stick to one sport, I always like to try new things and change it up. If I'm near a yoga studio, I'll try and squeeze some yoga in, but at the moment I'm just doing a lot of walking as it's something I can do with LouLou."
