Miss America Teams With Jovani for 2024 Pageant’s Red Gala, Evening Gown Competition and Opening Number
Miss America has revealed Jovani as its official fashion partner for 2024.
The partnership will debut Jan. 12, when the pageant organization will host the Miss America Goes Red Gala in Orlando, Fla. The event, organized to promote the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” campaign, will feature women from the 50 states plus the District of Columbia wearing red dresses designed by Jovani.

In November, Miss America and Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation unveiled a three-year commitment to support the American Heart Association’s women’s initiative, Go Red for Women, and raise awareness of women’s heart health by bringing fitness initiatives back to the Miss America competition stage. Jovani is joining the initiative by gifting the Miss America delegates looks from its red gown collection.
The fashion house, known for creating promo, bridal and evening dresses, will also provide dresses for each Miss America and Miss America’s Teen delegate to wear during the evening gown competition and for the opening number on the national stage. Both competitions will be held at The Walt Disney Theater in Orlando, with final nights on Jan. 13 and 14.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jovani into the Miss America family as our official fashion partner. Their dedication to quality and trendsetting designs will beautifully showcase the young women of Miss America and Miss America’s Teen on stage,” Robin Fleming, chief executive officer of Miss America, said in a statement.
Abraham Maslavi, co-owner and CEO of Jovani, said joining forces with Miss America is a “tremendous honor,” adding, “We look forward to contributing to the competition’s rich history by dressing these extraordinary women in our creations, empowering them to shine even brighter on the national stage.”
Jovani is not the only brand joining Miss America in 2024. The organization also revealed Victoria Duke Beauty as its official glam partner. Duke and her team of professionals will provide Miss America and Miss America Teen contestants with glam for the official evening gown photos and final nights of competition.
The Miss America competition will be streamed for free at 7 p.m. ET on the @missamericaofficial YouTube channel.
