Miranda Lambert Shuts Down the ‘CBS Mornings’ Show In a Blue Silky Dress

Miranda Lambert is a country girl at heart, but that doesn't mean she can't hang in the big city.

The music star has been making the rounds in New York City to promote her new cookbook, Ya'll Eat Yet?, which is currently a #1 best-seller on Amazon. For her trip to the Big Apple, Miranda was joined by her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, who is actually from New York. In fact, that's where the two of them met: Brenda was an NYPD cop who just so happen to be doing security for Good Morning America when Miranda was there with her band, The Pistol Annies.

Miranda made stops at Watch What Happens Live, Late Night with Seth Meyers and CBS Mornings. She pulled out all the stops when it came to her fashion choices, but the silky blue Paco Rabanne dress she wore on CBS Mornings was a true home run (FYI: You can shop a similar dress on Amazon).

Once fans saw the photos on Instagram, they quickly bombarded the country singer with comments. "Gorgeous," one person wrote. "You're looking beautiful," said another. "A vision in BLUE," someone else commented.

Miranda's new book features some of her favorite recipes for food and cocktails. All of them are inspired by her family's Texas roots.
