Miranda Lambert and Her Pups Gear Up for the Holidays in Sweet Video

The country singer's dog got a little too excited for Christmas.
Along with her amazing singing talent, Miranda Lambert is also known for her love of animals, even founding her own nonprofit with her mother called MuttNation Foundation. This holiday season, Lambert is celebrating with her five dogs and two cats.
In a new video on social media, Lambert shared a clip of one of her dogs getting a little too excited for Christmas, sneaking into a box with her gifts ahead of time.
The clip shows her pup Delta Dawn scrambling up into a box with a ton of great dog toys inside. That is, until Lambert notices and nudges her to get out of there.
She captioned the video, "Delta broke into her Christmas presents early 🙄😂 don’t forget to treat your pet for Christmas with @muttnation toys from @tractorsupply…and make sure you hide ‘em well!!!"
The clip is set to the song "Hell of a Holiday" by Lambert's music group, Pistol Annies.
Ashley Munroe, who is also a member of Pistol Annies alongside Lambert and Angaleena Presley, commented on the Instagram post, saying, "SHE DESERVES HERS EARLY!!"
Fans also loved the video, with one writing, "So sweet! I keep watching her little feet! 🥰😊😄🐶💕💕💕."
Along with Delta Dawn, Lambert's other dogs include Thelma, Louise, Cher and Bellamy, and her two cats are named Tequila and Macaroni. Lambert definitely has a talent for coming up with unique pet names.
The 39-year-old shared some photos and videos of the entire crew earlier this year in honor of National Adopt A Shelter Pet Day on April 30, pushing everyone to "Adopt don’t shop!"
The Grammy winner's husband, Brendan McLoughlin, is also featured in the post.
Along with her sweet holiday Instagram video, Lambert recently shared the news that her nonprofit, MuttNation Foundation, is feeling the holiday spirit of giving and will bring that generosity into the new year.
She said: "Help put smile on a shelter pet’s face! Sign @MuttNation’s pledge to voluneer, foster or adopt in 2023. MuttNation will award 20 $1,000 grants to the shelters y’all pledge to help. Link in bio to sign 💖🐶."
Lambert and MuttNation are encouraging people to volunteer and help animal shelters in 2023 so that more great dogs like Delta Dawn can find a home.
