Miranda Lambert’s Chili Bar Is This Fall's Next Big Thing

This past week, country singer Miranda Lambert returned to one of her favorite past-times and she definitely made a statement. Taking to her Instagram on Thursday, October 12, the "Mama's Broken Heart" songstress revealed that she was at her first horse show since 2019.

The artist, who recently posted a touching birthday tribute to her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, also shared a video to her stories of a large outdoor setup in which she had an elaborate food display with a huge crockpot full of delicious looking chili. As if we weren't already enthralled by the breathtaking pictures of her dreamy Switzerland vacation, the idea of chili this time of year piqued our interests; not to mention, the entire display was a friends and family get-together inspiration all on its own.
In her video, Lambert’s chili display can be seen resting beautifully on a red gingham tablecloth and hosting a variety of toppings including glass jars full of white and green onions, sour cream, salsa, cilantro and shredded cheese. Even a large block of cheese can be seen for those who needed an extra large serving of their go-to topping.

Rounding out the abundant selection, Lambert’s chili bar also included a variety of Fritos, tortilla chips, soft tortilla shells and a bag labeled “spicy crackers” as serving options. Even the ladle resting in the crockpot seemed to scream its readiness to serve the slew of incoming hungry patrons.
As Lambert happily shared her return to the saddle with her Instagram followers, a quick browse of the country star’s social media shows that she has been doing none other than enjoying her life to the fullest as of late. Lambert's unending love for life and food not only shines through her work, but also in the small moments she decides to share online, and we are here for every bit of it. All we can do now is hope that she decides to share that chili recipe with the rest of us.
