There are some flavor combinations that are totally beyond classic. There's peanut butter and jelly, ketchup and fries, and my personal favorite: chocolate and mint. Thin mints have always been my favorite girl scout cookies, and these brownies quite literally make me weak in the knees.
As far as cocktails go, there's one mint chocolate flavored one to rule them all: Grasshoppers. Typically made with creme de menthe, creme de cocoa, and cream, they're half dessert, half drink, and totally delicious.
Our version, the "Drunk" Grasshopper, swaps out vodka for cream and white chocolate liqueur for white chocolate liqueur. This effectively makes the drink simultaneously more dessert-y AND more boozy.
It's creamy, chocolatey, and packed with mint flavor. That means they're so delicious you might end up drinking a liiiittle more than you intended to. To be honest, this might be better than all the girl scout cookies combined.
