Mini Cow Stares in Confusion After Discovering His Own Reflection

Do you remember the first time that your pet saw its reflection in a mirror? They all react very differently to it, but I think it's safe to say that most of the time the reaction has something to do with confusion. Milo is an adorable mini cow whose mom decided to introduce him to a mirror, and he had the cutest reaction to it!

The Husky Fam shared the video on Friday, April 26th, and I've watched it at least three times. It shows Milo approaching the mirror and seeing what he thinks is another cow. Of course, he has no way of knowing that it's him, and is trying to gather up the courage to say hello. Does he finally do it? Watch until the end to find out!

He finally worked up the courage to say hello! The Husky Fam says in their caption that Milo now loves looking in the mirror and that they bring it out for him 'for a different type of enrichment'. I wonder if he realizes that the cow is actually him! Many commenters tagged friends and said they should try it with their cows. The Husky Fam liked the idea and replied to one person wondering if the cows would have the same reaction. My favorite comment came from @DOUBLEJ_66 who said, "OMG he is so smart when he was trying to investigate the back of the mirror!"

Is a Mini Cow the Right Pet for You?

I've never considered myself someone who would want to raise farm animals, but after seeing Milo and his sister Millie, I think I've changed my mind! These mini cows are absolutely adorable, and they love playing and getting cuddled. And they stay so cute and small!

I think it's safe to say that most people think that mini cows are adorable and that we all immediately want to get one anytime we see them. And Millie was so spoiled when the Husky Fam first got her that she even got to sleep in the house! But do these kinds of cows make good pets? If you have the room for one, the answer seems to be a resounding yes.

Not only are these cows super cute, they're also extremely affectionate and loving. They are very gentle and good around children, too. Not to mention the kids can learn how to care for an animal that requires more work than a dog or cat.

The only drawback that I really came across (other than needing a half to full acre for exercise) is that they are expensive to purchase. On average, it will cost you between $2,000 to $5,000 to get one, and that price goes up the more "mini" that you get and also depending on the breed. That's a steep price to pay for a new pet and may be out of a lot of people's price range. Also, farm animals require 24/7 commitment, so if you are a family that travels a lot, this kind of pet may not be right for you. You can board a dog or cat, but they don't have pet hotels for mini cows!

We have the room for one and live where we could have one. After doing research, I couldn't really find a whole lot of reasons not to consider them good pets. Now if I can just talk my husband in to buying me a very expensive cow!
