THIS Is What Millie Bobby Brown Wore On Her Lips to Keep Them Rosy on the Red Carpet
Millie Bobby Brown may only be 13 years old, but the Stranger Things star was the picture of sophistication on the 2018 Golden Globes red carpet. Her makeup look, which reflected the simple style of her black Calvin Klein dress, consisted of a clean black cat eye, fresh skin, and dewy lips — the latter thanks to two understated (and unexpected) products.
Avon Celebrity Makeup Artist, Kelsey Deenihan, first prepped Millie’s lips against chapping and dryness with the Kiehl’s Facial Fuel No-Shine Moisturizing Lip Balm ($9), which features a matte finish. Next, she layered the Kiehl’s Butterstick Lip Treatment to keep Millie’s pout looking supple and radiant. Although this balm is technically an untinted “treatment,” Deenihan used it to play up Millie’s naturally flushed lip color, which was made possible by this balm’s hydrating coconut-oil based formula. No chapped lips on the red carpet!
To complete Millie’s makeup look, Deenihan used Avon’s True Color Glimmerstick in Blackest Black ($5) to draw a clean cateye, followed by a few swipes of Avon True Color Wide Awake Mascara ($8). To give skin a polished finish, Deenihan contoured and then followed with not one, but *two* of the brand’s yet-to-be-released highlighters — the True Color Illuminating Stick and the Moonlit Highlighting Powder (talk about glowy!)
