If you pay attention to Millie Bobby Brown's posts as much as we do, you would know that she loves an adventurous manicure. In fact, she loves a fun nail look so much that she got engaged in a pearly chrome manicure. However, her love of an original mani must not include holiday designs, festive reds, or Christmas tree greens, seeing as her latest look is anything but Christmas-themed.

On December 20, the Stranger Things superstar posted an Instagram carousel showing off what we assume to be some holiday travels with her fiancé and dog, who just so happened to be having a birthday. In the post, we got a peak at her nails—a French manicure with some ultra-original detailing.

The nails in question were long and square-shaped. Each of them had a base that was ultra-glossy and a natural pink shade. Then, where the tips would naturally form, they switched into a bright white color. The shape of the tips was rather straight, with no dramatic curve or bend. But that's where the basic French tip stopped.

On top of the tips were little specs of ocean blue. None of the nails were the exact same; each of them had a varying array of dots in different sizes and arrangements. If we had to tie it to the season, we would say they look like snowflakes—but that feels like a bit of a stretch.

If you, like Brown, don't fancy a holiday mani, this could be the perfect nail look to channel for all your upcoming parties, and we have the step-by-step to recreate it. Plus, if anyone gives you a hard time for your lack of holiday cheer, just say it's those aforementioned snowflakes, and that will surely do the trick.

First, remove any lingering polish that may be on your nails with nail polish remover. Then, cut and file your nails to the desired length before applying oil to your cuticles to soften and push them back. Then, wipe your nails clean and buff the surface for an even canvas before going in with your favorite base coat.

Then, it's time for color. Depending on how you like your base, you can paint a layer of clear polish first, or use a glossy pink shade. Either way, after it has dried, create the shape of your French tip using tape. Then, paint a coat or two of bright white nail polish over the tape, and gently peel it off. Once the tips are dry, take your favorite blue nail polish and create the tiniest dots possible—using an ultra-thin makeup brush or the end of a bobby pin might be your best bet.

With that dry, the last step is to seal it in with your favorite top coat. Then, you will have some of the most unusual holiday nails around.
