The actress also made a splash with her new hairdo.

Millie Bobby Brown has enjoyed the dog days of summer by taking a swim with her furry friend Marley

The 18-year-old shared an adorable new photo of the two taking a dip via Instagram and captioned the post: "pool day with marley mops."

Marley is the actress' Golden Retriever, although he doesn't appear on her social media a lot.

Luckily, fans got to see Brown hold him in her arms in this rare photo. The actress looked to be having a great time this summer, as she grinned from ear to ear and debuted a chic new short haircut.

Noah Schnapp, Brown's Stranger Things costar and close friend, gushed over the star and her fur-baby in the comments, "Cute."

Reality TV personality Jonathan Van Ness (best known for Netflix's Queer Eye and as host of the popular podcastGetting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness), hyped the actress' and her new haircut up: "Living for the bob on you hun!"

Comedian Radel Ortiz left a funny note related to Brown's character on the hit Netflix show, "Is that 11 in a pool with a dog all happy and not crying in Hawkins? Growth 👏🏽," he joked.

In addition to pool days with her dog, Brown has been spending time with her boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi, this summer. The two made their red carpet debut this past March at the 2022 BAFTA Awards.

Most recently, though, it looks like the two played Dance Dance Revolution and had some ice cream together; as Brown documented it all on Instagram a few weeks ago.

Next up for the actress is college. Brown revealed that she is studying human services at Purdue University, located in Indiana.

She spoke about her choice of major in an interview with Allure last month and said, "You learn about the system and how to help young people."

Although she's just starting her college education, Brown also shared that she is taking her classes online so that she can continue her acting career at the same time.

Along with Stranger Things, Brown is confirmed to star in the upcoming film, Enola Holmes 2, set to come out on Nov. 4 via Netflix.
