If there is one celeb who is an expert on changing her hair, it's Miley Cyrus. After all, she first became famous for switching seamlessly from brunette to blonde and back again on Hannah Montana—of course, on top of her powerhouse vocals. Since her Disney days, Cyrus has tried her hand at it all, debuting everything from the mullet to shag cuts. When it comes to color, the Flowers singer is just as experimental, switching between bleach blonde, two-toned color, and even skunk hair.

Most recently, Cyrus is returning to her brunette roots with what could very well be her darkest hairstyle yet. On September 24, Cyrus posted an Instagram Carousel showing off the new look while congratulating her friend Sabato De Sarno on his debut collection as the new Creative Director of Gucci.

The hair in question was a chest-length cut and dark brown color. For the Instagram shot, she wore her new style in a loose middle part and straight, highlighting the shine of her dark-again hair. Cyrus's new look is dramatically different from her Endless Summer Vacation era, where she favored a skunk meets marble look.

As for the glam, she went natural to keep the spotlight on her dark, glossy new hair color. Other than defined lashes, sculpted cheeks, arched brows, and some piercing black eyeliner, her makeup was simple and effortless.

The only pop of color in the whole picture was her trendy cherry red purse from Gucci. Long and thin with huge hardware accents, she paired the designer piece with a diamond necklace and baggy black coat, which was just a few shades darker than her new hair.
