Miley Cyrus’s Utah Hiking Trip Is a Study in Self-Care

Miley Cyrus is taking some time for herself. After a whirlwind summer that saw her release new music and split from husband Liam Hemsworth, the singer is on a head-clearing girls trip with her mother and sister in the wilds of Utah and Arizona.

Cyrus went hiking in Zion National Park, and showed off her super-sculpted midsection against the red rocks of Arizona’s Antelope Canyon. “This girl will always find...her way...” the singer captioned the latter image, quoting the inspiring Britney Spears song “I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman.” Another post revealed a bare-faced Cyrus, freely tossing her blonde lengths into the desert wind. “Keep on movin’,” she wrote. Sometimes the best therapy is a vista, and a bit of sweat, in the great outdoors.
