Miley Cyrus Showed Off Her MUA Skills and Did Cody Simpson’s Makeup to “End Toxic Masculinity”

From Cosmopolitan

  • Miley Cyrus decided to put makeup on Cody Simpson’s face yesterday, probs because there’s nothing better to do rn.

  • Miley wants to use her skills to “end toxic masculinity.”

Now that Cody Simpson’s Prince Neptune poetry book is finally out, he and Miley Cyrus are officially back to their usual internet shenanigans. No, they aren’t shaving anyone’s head. And no, Miley’s not showing Cody her boobs in the studio so he can sing better. This time, Miley is out here doing Cody’s makeup to stop “toxic masculinity” from being A Thing!

While some people spend Easter celebrating their religion, Miley and Cody used the holiday to play in some makeup. Miley, whose makeup skills are way better than I even imagined, beat Cody’s face for the gods and turned him into a blonde babe with a red lipstick obsession.

The concept was heavily inspired by Brad Pitt and his 1999 Rolling Stone cover shoot, in which he wore dresses, earrings, and sequins like a true badass. Miley also posted pics of some of her other favorite gender-defying men—David Bowie and Mick Jagger—on her Instagram Story to “end toxic masculinity.”

And Cody seemed to enjoy his new look! After Miley posted the pictures, Cody posted a video of himself parodying a French woman waiting for her husband to return from war.

Apparently, there is an actual reason for Miley making up Cody’s face. It looks like the two of them will be in a quarantine-themed photo spread for Mert Alas—aka the man who gave us Liam Payne’s bare ass on IG. The full pics aren’t out yet, but a sneaky NSFW peek is available below:
