Miley Cyrus sent a personal message to a fan who survived the Las Vegas shooting
If you need a happy cry, this might be the perfect opportunity. Miley Cyrus contacted a Las Vegas shooting victim named Katrina Hannah after hearing that she was a big fan. The surprise message was delivered to Hannah after she arrived back to her home state of California. Once you hear it, you’ll realize how passionately Cyrus cares about her fans.
Hannah was shot twice during the attack on October 1st, which claimed the lives of 59 people and injured more than 500. She managed to pull through with the help of those around her, namely a friend who was able to apply a tourniquet and a stranger who made sure she got to the hospital in time.
Cyrus told the fan that she was thinking about her all the time.

“Sending all good, healing, peaceful vibes to you and all your family and your friends. I hope you feel better soon and I just want you to know that you’ll be in my mind and on my heart,” Cyrus said with a smile.
According to the video, Cyrus heard a lot about Hannah and her story from multiple people.
“Your name got to me through so many friends, some contestants on The Voice,” she said.
You can see on Hannah’s face that the message meant the world to her. Fans of Cyrus were also touched by how sweet the gesture was, and made sure to use the opportunity to give Hannah their best wishes.
