Miley Cyrus, Rowan Blanchard, Amandla Stenberg, and More Toast Miu Miu Women’s Tales
Last week, Miu Miu brought fashion and film together in Los Angeles with a screening of the brand’s latest Women’s Tales series, highlighting the voices of female filmmakers. An intimate crowd gathered at the Vista Theater in Los Feliz to celebrate Hailey Gates, the director of this year’s short film, Shako Mako, starring Alia Shawkat. Among those who came out to support the series and Gates were Miley Cyrus, Rowan Blanchard, and Amandla Stenberg—all dressed in various of Miu Miu prints for the occasion.
After the screening and a brief panel discussion with Gates and members of the cast, guests headed down the street to Silver Lake for an alfresco gathering at eastside staple Cafe Stella, where a candlelit and Champagne-filled evening kept guests buzzing into the evening.
