On March 9, Miley Cyrus' dad, Billy Ray, sent her fans into a frenzy after posting a photo of her in a white dress with the caption, ""I'm so happy...you are happy." Obviously, Miley/Liam shippers (aka the whole Internet) were dying to know if this was a thinly veiled message that implied the two had gotten married on the sly. It would make sense, given how private they are about their romance and how many celebrities are opting to have secret ceremonies nowadays to escape the press circus.

Sadly, however, this was not one of those cases. Miley's manager later confirmed that they were not married, and that the photo in question was just a photo of her in a white dress. Noah, her sister, also shut down the rumors, saying, "She's not married."

Now, Miley Cyrus' mother, Tish, and her eldest daughter, Brandi, have explained why they knew right away that the pair had not eloped.

The two of them are both interior designers starring in a new show called Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, they both agreed that Miley would have never worn that dress at her actual wedding.

"I was like in that top?! What are you, crazy?!" Brandi said. "She would have had some fabulous wedding dress, not just like frilly top she was wearing in a photo."

"If Miley was getting married, it would not be in that dress!" Tish concurred. The two of them plan on helping Miley design the gown, when the big day finally arrives.

Which makes us even more anxious to see it!
