Cyrus has remained a longtime muse for the legendary New York designer, and her appearance in Jacobs's show, which marked the conclusion of fashion week, wasn't the first time the pair have collaborated. Cyrus previously starred in the designer's spring/summer 2014 campaign and codesigned a hoodie in support of Planned Parenthood last summer.
